6. Plans, Payments & Subscriptions

Some features are available under paid plans. All prices, billing cycles, and features are outlined clearly on our pricing page. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees;

  • You authorize recurring billing if selected;

  • You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for partial periods.

NextGenPlay reserves the right to change pricing or features with prior notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Your content violates applicable laws;

  • We are legally required to do so.

Upon termination, you may lose access to your content and account.

8. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or that all bugs will be fixed.

  • You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Platform downtime or access issues

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 6 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
